Buscamos un/a Product Owner con más de 5 años de experiencia, con background previo como desarrollador/a , para incorporarse a un proyecto estratégico en entorno IoT y backend, con uno de nuestros clientes del sector seguridad/alarmas.

Se trata de un rol que gestionará y desarrollará aplicaciones backend de IoT de alta calidad, y asumirá el rol de responsable de estas aplicaciones, liderando su evolución.

Responsabilidades:

• Dar soporte al equipo de desarrollo de canales de comunicación y sistemas de recepción de señales.
• Canalizar la demanda de negocio hacia los equipos de desarrollo.
• Aceptar o rechazar los resultados del Sprint junto con el Scrum Master.
• Mantener el Product Backlog “sano”, refinándolo según criterios de planificación Just In Time de Agile y siguiendo los criterios DEEP (Detalle suficiente, Emergente, Estimado, Priorizado).
• Refinar las User Stories junto con el resto del equipo Scrum en las sesiones de Product Backlog Refinement para que cumplan los criterios INVEST (Independientes, Negociables, Valiosas, Estimables, Pequeñas, Testeables).
• Ayudar a garantizar que el Product Backlog mantenga el equilibrio entre requisitos funcionales y técnicos.
• Deseable : Experiencia en equipos IoT y redes. Cloud, Lambda

We are looking for a DevOps engineer with a background in Linux systems admin, operations and web application development since we are taking our geospatial applications to the cloud for greater scalability and robustness to streamline workflow and to support business growth.

We are at an exciting business stage, and this is a central contributing role you will be expected to influence architectural decisions, implement and manage cloud deployments, script automations (Bash, Python, etc…), write code (mostly Python) and help move our core product to continuous delivery. This is a role that will grow significantly with the business.

We offer the possibility to work remotely in Italy or outside Italy. We give preference to candidates able to work in our office or at least in our timezone.

Main Responsibilities are as follows:

• Creationg of continuous delivery chains using Jenkins and other DevOps tools (e.g. GitLab Pipelines)

Role overview

You will own end-to-end ML systems: model training, fine-tuning, deployment, monitoring, and cost/performance optimization. Partner closely with organizational psychologists, people scientists, and software engineering to productionize LLMs, real-time conversational agents, and ML pipelines. You will report to the Head of AI & Science and drive engineering best practices, reliability, and reproducibility across the stack.

• Design, build, and maintain end-to-end ML platforms and pipelines: data ingestion, feature engineering, training, validation, deployment, and monitoring.

• Optimize model size and inference cost using quantization, pruning, distillation, sharding, and hardware-aware optimizations.
• Implement monitoring, observability, drift detection, and alerting for model performance and data pipeline health; run A/B and multivariate experiments to validate model changes.
• Integrate vector databases, retrieval pipelines, and caching strategies for RAG systems; manage embeddings lifecycle and similarity search performance.
• Ensure data and model governance: lineage, access controls, privacy safeguards, and auditability.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years experience in ML engineering/ML-Ops delivering production ML products.
• 3+ years practical experience training and deploying GenAI/LLMs in production.
• Strong production experience on AWS (SageMaker, Lambda, ECS/EKS, Bedrock experience is a plus).
• Proven track record building highly scalable services and real-time systems.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).

The Opportunity

As a full-time Senior DevSecOps Engineer, you will be a hands-on, high-ownership individual contributor responsible for improving the security, reliability, and delivery velocity of Ledn’s cloud platform. You’ll bring a security-first mindset to everything you build — hardening infrastructure, strengthening CI/CD pipelines, improving observability, and enabling engineering teams to ship safely and independently.

In Ledn’s Spain entity, this role also carries regulatory responsibility: you will own the availability, performance, and day-to-day operation of the entity’s ICT assets and applications, implement first-line security controls, and support compliance with MiCA and DORA ICT risk-management and operations requirements.

This is a role for someone who doesn’t wait to be told what needs fixing. You’ll identify gaps before they become incidents, propose solutions before they’re requested, and follow through from design to implementation to measurement. You’ll also leverage AI-driven tools and practices to accelerate your own effectiveness and that of the broader engineering organization.

About the Role

• Platform Reliability & Operations (primary focus) Ship, scale, and harden our AWS/Kubernetes infrastructure. Build automation that eliminates toil, improve observability, and lead incident response — from detection to postmortem to action item closure.
• CI/CD & Developer Enablement (primary focus) Own our pipelines end-to-end. Build golden-path templates that let engineering Pods ship safely and independently. Improve pipeline speed and reliability so DevOps intervention becomes the exception, not the rule.
• Security Engineering (primary focus) Harden Kubernetes, AWS, and CI/CD with practical, measurable controls — policy-as-code, SAST/DAST, container and IaC scanning, secrets management, and least-privilege access. Build security in, don’t bolt it on.

Rol técnico senior React con microfront

¿Cuáles serían tus funciones?

• Desarrollo web con React en últimas versiones en microfront-end y Monorepos con web-component.
• Participar en la definición de la arquitectura frontend y la infraestructura asociada, asegurando la escalabilidad, mantenibilidad y seguridad de las soluciones.
• Aplicar principios de Clean Code y patrones SOLID , manteniendo una base de código robusta, legible y bien estructurada.
• Diseñar, implementar y mantener pipelines de CI/CD usando herramientas modernas, promoviendo la automatización de despliegues y testing.
• Trabajar con entornos contenerizados en Docker y Kubernetes , asegurando una correcta orquestación y escalabilidad.
• Aplicar enfoque DevOps al código y entorno.
• Contribuir en la configuración y gestión de entornos en Google Cloud Platform (GCP) , optimizando recursos y rendimiento.
• Asegurarse de que el código siga las últimas prácticas de codificación y estándares de la industria.
• Trabajar estrechamente con los desarrolladores de back-end para comprender y utilizar correctamente las APIs.
• Escribir pruebas unitarias, de integración y E2E, y desarrollar herramientas de automatización para las tareas diarias.
• Desafiar ideas y opiniones para evitar trampas técnicas, cuellos de botella y soluciones ineficientes.
• Colaboración con el equipo de Back-end y Devops, darás apoyo a la gestión de la infraestructura y despliegues, pero todas estas funciones están a cargo del equipo de expertos Devops.

Qué buscamos?

• Experiencia en frontend superior a 5 años con React (últimas versiones).
• Experiencia con Microfront-end y Monorepos
• React Query / Mobx / Redux.
• JavaScript moderno (ES6+).
• HTML5/CSS3/SASS y buen manejo de APIs del navegador.
• Desarrollo de aplicaciones web multidispositivo.
• Control de versiones con Git y GitHub.
• Aplicación de metodologías ágiles: Scrum, Kanban.
• Integraciones con APIs REST.
• Metodología Devops ( no buscamos un Devops, ya tenemos en nuestro equipo, pero si un perfil enfocado en esta metodología que pueda hacer algunas de las funciones).

Además, buscamos experiencia técnica sólida en:

• Docker y Kubernetes.
• Arquitectura de infraestructura y entornos cloud (AWS, GCP o Azure).
• Mantenimiento y definición de pipelines CI/CD.
• Buen criterio técnico y autonomía para la toma de decisiones.

¿Que harás en este rol?

Serás la persona que abra el mercado español desde cero: investigando, contactando y generando las primeras oportunidades comerciales para el equipo. Tu trabajo tendrá impacto directo en el crecimiento de la empresa y en nuestra capacidad de demostrar tracción comercial de cara a la próxima ronda de financiación.

En tu dia a dia:

• Generas pipeline outbound atacando el mercado español y latinoamericano: cold email, social selling por LinkedIn y mucho foco en llamadas en frío
• Prospectarás, Investigaras y pre-cualificarás empresas target.
• Identificarás a los decisores clave: CTOs, DevOps Leads, Platform Engineers, Responsables de Infraestructura.
• Diseñar y ejecutar secuencias de outreach multicanal para maximizar la conversión.
• Agendadas reuniones de discovery de alto potencial con los founders de Ongres.
• Mantendrás el CRM actualizado y reportes métricas de actividad y conversión semanalmente.

Lo que buscamos en ti

Experiencia y hard skills:

• +2 años de experiencia como SDR o BDR en entornos B2B, con foco en outbound. Experiencia en SaaS o empresas de producto técnico, muy valorable.
• Mentalidad Hunter: te motiva a prospectar y contactar en frío, abrir mercado y construir pipeline desde cero. No esperas a que el lead llegue solo.
• Español nativo: imprescindible. Toda tu prospección y contacto será en español. El inglés es un plus, no un requisito.
• Manejo de herramientas: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay o similares. Experiencia con CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
• Comunicación clara y orientada a resultados: sabes adaptar tu mensaje al perfil tecnico del comprador español y entiendes cómo hablar el idioma de un CTO o un DevOps Lead.
• Curiosidad por la tecnología: no necesitas ser ingeniero/a, pero si entender por que Kubernetes y PostgreSQL importan a las empresas a las que vas a contactar.
• Zona horaria CET: debes poder cubrir la franja comercial española (9h-18h). Puedes estar en España o en LATAM hispanohablante (Argentina, Colombia u otros países con horario compatible).
• Se valorará especialmente experiencia vendiendo a perfiles técnicos o en empresas de software de infraestructura, cloud o bases de datos.

Die Service Mobile Communication gehört zu Mobility. Zu den User Services zählen Beschaffung und Bereitstellung von Mobilfunkverträgen (SIM-Karten, eSIM), Nachverarbeitung der monatlichen Mobilfunk Grund- und Verbindungsentgelte der jeweiligen Carrier sowie Führung und Verwaltung des Mobilfunkrahmenvertrages mit dem jeweiligen Carrier. Deine Aufgaben:

• Finanzielle wie fachliche Verantwortung für den Service Lifecycle sowie ganzheitliche Betreuung der IT Service Management-Anwendungen von der Konfiguration bis zur Weiterentwicklung
• Fachliche Führung der virtuellen Serviceteams samt verantwortlicher Sicherstellung des Betriebs
• Strategische Planung, Begleitung und Abnahme des gesamten Cloud-Migrationsprozesses samt Testplanung und -durchführung
• Konzeption und Analyse von Testfällen und Testscenarios für komplexe Systeme sowie Durchführung strukturierter Softwaretests samt Testautomatisierung
• Planung und Durchführung von funktionalen und nicht-funktionalen Tests, User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Verschieben von Anwendungen und Datenbanken-Server in die Cloud sowie Validierung der Performance, Sicherheit und Stabilität der migrierten Services

Dein Profil:

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder Studium im IT-Bereich
• Etwa 5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung sowie Erfahrung im Projektmanagement komplexer IT-Projekte, idealerweise im Rahmen von Integrations- und Migrationsprojekten
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Cloud-Migration (Planung, Durchführung, Test) sowie im Aufbau von IT-Infrastrukturen in der Cloud (z.B. AWS, Azure, GCP) bzw. On-Prem
• Erfahrung in Bezug auf die Administration, Konfiguration und Betreuung von ITSM-Tools, idealerweise USU Asset Management
• Gute Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Entscheidungs- und Umsetzungsstärke sowie eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
