WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Core activities . You will design and govern complex cloud architectures (multi-account, multi-region, high availability); implement cloud-native infrastructures (AWS, GCP); manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters in production environments; support CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies (canary, blue/green, rollback); lead cloud migration initiatives (lift-and-shift, replatforming, refactoring); drive DevOps and Infrastructure as Code practices; optimize performance, cost, and security (FinOps, monitoring, observability); define architectural standards and provide technical guidance to cross-functional teams.
• Technologies. You will work with cloud platforms (GCP stack in a first phase); Kubernetes (K8s) and Docker; CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins); Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or similar); networking (VPC, load balancing, ingress); security (IAM, secrets management); observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpenTelemetry); scripting and programming languages (Java, Python, Go, Bash).
• Team work . You will collaborate with cross-functional teams (backend, frontend, data, security) to deliver scalable solutions; align architectural decisions with business goals; support and mentor team members; promote knowledge sharing and documentation; and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and DevOps practices.

WE’LL TOTALLY LOVE YOU IF YOU HAVE…

• Academic background . We are looking for people with a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field; equivalent practical experience in cloud and distributed systems will also be considered.
• Valuable expertise You should have experience in designing scalable and resilient distributed systems; deep understanding of cloud-native architectures and microservices; hands-on expertise in performance optimization, cost control (FinOps), and security best practices; experience with large-scale production environments; and the ability to drive architectural evolution and innovation.
• Nice to have . Experience with multi-cloud and hybrid architectures; familiarity with service mesh technologies (e.g., Istio); knowledge of advanced security practices and compliance standards; experience with data platforms and streaming technologies; relevant cloud certifications (AWS, GCP); and contributions to open-source projects will be considered a plus.
• Soft skills . Strong decision-making and ownership; excellent problem-solving skills in complex environments; effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams; a proactive and results-oriented mindset; and a strong focus on documentation and knowledge sharing.
