iOS System Expert / Senior Software Developer

Location: Varese, Lombardy (HQ‑based)

Work model: Hybrid – 3 days onsite / 2 days remote

Contract: Permanent - Fulltime

We are looking for a true iOS expert — someone deeply technical, highly curious, and comfortable working independently — to design and build iOS solutions that integrate directly with our core systems.

This is not a feature‑factory role. It’s a hands‑on, problem‑solving position for an engineer who enjoys ownership, experimentation, and building robust solutions from the ground up.

You will report directly to the Unit Manager for R&D and Innovation and play a key role in shaping how iOS technology integrates into the wider platform.

What you’ll be doing

• Take full ownership of iOS system design and development
• Build and maintain custom iOS solutions integrated with backend systems
• Work closely with R&D and innovation teams on new concepts and prototypes
• Design for performance, reliability, and scalability
• Operate as a stand‑alone technical expert , with autonomy and trust
• Expert‑level iOS development (Swift, iOS SDK, Apple frameworks)
• Strong understanding of system‑level architecture and integration
• Solid backend or systems exposure using Python, Java, and/or C++
• Experience working with Docker and modern development environments
• Italian nationality or fluent Italian speaker (required)
• Willing and able to work from HQ in Varese as part of a hybrid setup
