Senior Database Architecture to lead a 3-month assessment of PostgreSQL (PSI) database environment for Impact and Qlikview/Qliksense scope and define the target architecture and migration strategy toward a the datalake. Main Responsibilities: AS IS Assessment: - Perform a comprehensive analysis of the existing PostgreSQL database environment - Document schemas, tables, relationships, constraints, triggers, and stored procedures - Identify data producers, ETL processes, and upstream source systems Target Architecture Definition (TO BE) and migration strategy - Work with global CTO to define the target structe on SCIB Datalake, align with Santander data governance standards, ... - Define migration roadmap and phases, rollback plan, timeline, ... Candidate Requirements 7 years' experience; strong architecture + hands-on backend development Java (Spring) – strong backend focus (no frontend-only profiles) Advanced SQL skills (CTE, query tuning, indexing, execution plans) Experience with database migration and system modernization Solid understanding of application & data architecture Exposure to infrastructure, CI/CD (Jenkins/GitHub Actions), and AWS is a plus Experience in regulated environments preferred
