About the Role
His/Her mission will be to ensure the correct implementation/integration and proper use of the Platform in customers.
Customer Solution Architecture design fulfilling customer needs Implementation & agreement of PoCs and MVPs (value demonstration to clients/partners) Team Coordination and management, acting as a technical reference, supporting the development tasks and unblocking possible blockages, ensuring the quality of the software Risk management and act as decision-maker in uncertain situations. Dialogue with the client, participation in requirements gathering, expectations management, incident resolution, project milestones monitoring driving them to the best solution possible (win-win negotiations) Support to pre-sales team in the elaboration of technical proposals Alignment of the projects following the product road-map
