Software Solution Architect to join our dynamic team in Madrid. Key Responsibilities  Collaborate with Solution Architects to design and evolve application architectures aligned with strategic goals.  Contribute to product-oriented teams with full ownership and autonomy.  Support the recruitment and onboarding of new team members by providing technical insights.  Document and communicate business requirements effectively.  Ensure compliance with architecture and data security standards. Required Skills & Experience  Prior experience as a Software Developer, ideally with Java.  Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and Design Principles.  Familiarity with architectural styles: monolithic, microservices, event-driven, and service-oriented.  Experience with relational, key-value, and document-based databases.  Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (especially AWS) and associated services.  Exposure to Agile methodologies (Scrum).  Understanding of architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).  Experience with CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code tools.  Strong communication and collaboration skills.  Problem-solving mindset and commitment to continuous learning.  Ability to work independently and respond positively to feedback.
