We are looking for a Salesforce Engineer to join an international software engineering team focused on Service Cloud solutions. What you will do

• Own the full lifecycle of Salesforce developments, from requirements gathering to implementation, rollout, and ongoing operations
• Break down business requirements into technical tasks, document solutions, and provide effort estimations
• Design and develop scalable solutions within Salesforce Service Cloud
• Share design decisions proactively and clearly with the right stakeholders
• Provide both strategic and operational guidance to internal teams
• Help ensure an efficient and reliable support process across the platform

What we are looking for

• 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development, especially within Service Cloud
• Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Apex, LWC components, and declarative tools
• Solid experience building complex functionalities and integrations such as REST, SOAP, External Objects, Events, and Bulk API
• Good understanding of Salesforce architecture, best practices, and design patterns
• Experience working in international environments , with complex implementations and high data volumes
• Comfortable working in Agile environments , adapting quickly to change, and solving problems effectively
• Business-level English required, German is a plus
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer or Service Cloud Consultant are a plus
