Your Mission & Impact

As an ETL / Talend Developer , part of our Integration Team, you will ensure the reliability, scalability, and observability of our data pipelines. You will design high-performance data solutions using Talend and AWS , strictly adhering to 100% of architectural patterns while ensuring proactive end-to-end monitoring.

Responsibilities & Missions

High-Standard Design & Development

• Design and develop ETL/ELT workflows (from simple to complex) using Talend (Data Integration & Cloud).
• Ensure solution scalability (parallelization, high-volume management, AWS resource optimization).
• Strictly apply i ntegration patterns (Error Handling, Retry strategy, Replayability, Canonical Models)
• Ensure seamless integration within the AWS ecosystem (S3, Lambda, etc.).

Architecture & Interface Design

• Translate complex business requirements into robust technical architectures.
• Draft interface contracts and ensure compliance by all stakeholders.
• Ensure modularity and optimized Java routines (JVM and Heap Size management).

Observability & Robustness

• Implement systematic monitoring probes.
• Industrialize logging and alerting via AWS CloudWatch / Grafana.
• Guarantee data integrity through automated flow controls (rejects, audits, reconciliation).

Agile Methodology & DevOps

• Lead Agile (Scrum) rituals: precise estimation, technical demos, and code reviews.
• Drive industrialization via CI/CD and versioning with Git .
• Maintain exhaustive documentation (flow mapping, operational handbooks).

Candidate Profile

• Experience : Minimum 5 years in Data environments with proven Talend expertise.
• Absolute Rigor: You believe code without monitoring or documentation is incomplete.
• Soft Skills: Strong technical writing and ability to lead design workshops.
• Team Spirit: Ability to mentor junior profiles on best practices.
• Fluent English is mandatory
• Proficiency in French is a strong plus
