Your Mission & Impact
As an ETL / Talend Developer , part of our Integration Team, you will ensure the reliability, scalability, and observability of our data pipelines. You will design high-performance data solutions using Talend and AWS , strictly adhering to 100% of architectural patterns while ensuring proactive end-to-end monitoring.
Responsibilities & Missions
High-Standard Design & Development
- Design and develop ETL/ELT workflows (from simple to complex) using Talend (Data Integration & Cloud).
- Ensure solution scalability (parallelization, high-volume management, AWS resource optimization).
- Strictly apply i ntegration patterns (Error Handling, Retry strategy, Replayability, Canonical Models)
- Ensure seamless integration within the AWS ecosystem (S3, Lambda, etc.).
Architecture & Interface Design
- Translate complex business requirements into robust technical architectures.
- Draft interface contracts and ensure compliance by all stakeholders.
- Ensure modularity and optimized Java routines (JVM and Heap Size management).
Observability & Robustness
- Implement systematic monitoring probes.
- Industrialize logging and alerting via AWS CloudWatch / Grafana.
- Guarantee data integrity through automated flow controls (rejects, audits, reconciliation).
Agile Methodology & DevOps
- Lead Agile (Scrum) rituals: precise estimation, technical demos, and code reviews.
- Drive industrialization via CI/CD and versioning with Git .
- Maintain exhaustive documentation (flow mapping, operational handbooks).
Candidate Profile
- Experience : Minimum 5 years in Data environments with proven Talend expertise.
- Absolute Rigor: You believe code without monitoring or documentation is incomplete.
- Soft Skills: Strong technical writing and ability to lead design workshops.
- Team Spirit: Ability to mentor junior profiles on best practices.
- Fluent English is mandatory
- Proficiency in French is a strong plus
