What we look for?

We are looking for Senior Salesforce OMS who will contribute to a project with one of our global customers.

Mandatory requirements:

• Design and architect end-to-end order management solutions using Salesforce OMS with 6-9+ years of overall experience.
• Lead implementation of complex order lifecycle processes including orchestration, fulfillment, and returns.
• Configure advanced features like distributed order management, inventory visibility, and routing logic.
• Integrate OMS with ERP, WMS, and payment systems ensuring real-time synchronization.
• Handle complex scenarios such as split orders, backorders, and multi-location fulfillment.
• Drive solution design discussions with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability of order processing systems.
• Troubleshoot critical production issues and provide long-term fixes.
• Mentor junior developers and review configurations and code.
• Define best practices, governance, and documentation for OMS implementations.
