We are looking for a highly skilled AI Specialist to join a global initiative focused on transforming how content is created, managed, and delivered across multiple channels across a large-scale consumer healthcare organization.

This role sits at the intersection of AI, cloud engineering, and marketing technology , driving end-to-end AI solutions from concept to production.

Main responsibilities:

• Design and deliver end-to-end AI-powered solutions to automate content generation and management
• Build and deploy scalable applications using Microsoft Azure AI services
• Integrate LLMs, image and video generation models into real business workflows
• Develop and maintain data pipelines to connect AI models with enterprise systems
• Lead initiatives from POC to MVP to enterprise-scale deployment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, IT)
• Ensure AI governance, compliance, and performance monitoring

Who are you?

8+ years of experience in software development, with strong exposure to AI/ML engineering

Hands-on experience with:

• Azure AI Foundry
• Azure AI Search
• Azure Document Intelligence
• Azure Cognitive Services

Strong experience with:

• LLMs (prompting, fine-tuning, RAG)
• Generative AI (image/video)

Solid background in:

• Python + one additional language (e.g. TypeScript)
• API design & microservices
• Cloud-native architectures

Experience building and scaling production-grade AI systems

Knowledge of data pipelines and MLOps practices

English fluent

⭐ Nice to have

• Experience in marketing tech / content platforms
• Exposure to regulated industries (pharma, healthcare, etc.)
• Familiarity with tools like SAP, Veeva, Adobe Experience Cloud
• Azure certifications
