We are seeking an experienced SAP BTP Architect to support a leading manufacturing organization in Barcelona. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) solutions that integrate with core SAP landscapes and enable scalable, cloud-based innovation.

This is a hybrid contract position, requiring on-site presence 2–3 days per week in Barcelona.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of SAP BTP solutions aligned with business and IT strategy
• Define and maintain the overall BTP architecture, including integration, extension, and data management layers
• Design and implement side-by-side extensions using SAP BTP services
• Architect and oversee integrations between SAP S/4HANA and third-party systems using SAP Integration Suite
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and developers to translate requirements into scalable solutions
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams
• Evaluate and recommend new SAP BTP services and innovations relevant to manufacturing use cases
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure system reliability and scalability

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as an SAP BTP Architect or in a similar senior SAP architecture role
• Experience integrating SAP S/4HANA (cloud or on-prem) with BTP
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Node.js)
• Strong knowledge of security, identity management, and authentication mechanisms in SAP environments
