Senior Java Developer

Málaga (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

At BaseCRM Solutions, we’re looking for a highly technical senior engineer to join our development team, focused on building and evolving our platform through hands-on coding and architecture.

We’re a startup with the stability of a proven product: our technology comes from the success of  Realworks (Real Estate) and  BaseNet (Legal), two market leaders in the Netherlands. Now, we’re expanding in the medical sector with a modern, scalable platform.

What you’ll do ( Hands-on, 80–90% coding )

• Design and develop core backend components (Java, Spring, GraphQL…)
• Contribute to architectural decisions and system design
• Collaborate closely with product and other engineers
• Ensure code quality through reviews and best practices
• Take ownership of technical challenges and deliver robust solutions

If you want a “pure management” role, this is  not the position — we’re seeking someone who enjoys both  leading and building .

What we’re looking for

• Strong senior background in  Java and modern backend architectures.
• Proven experience as  Senior Developer, Lead Developer or Engineering Lead
• Solid understanding of software architecture & API design
• Technical English
• Availability to work onsite in Málaga 3 days/week

Nice to have but NOT mandatory
