For a consulting firm operating in financial and technology space, we are looking for an experienced Workday Integration Development to join an international project on a freelance, fully remote basis.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Workday integrations (inbound and outbound)
• Work with Workday Studio, Workday Web Services (WWS), EIB, and Cloud Connect (CCW, PECI)
• Build and maintain integrations using XML, XSLT, Java, and SQL
• Ensure accurate and seamless data flow across systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders

Requirements

• Good experience in Workday integration development
• Hands-on expertise with Workday Studio, EIB, and WWS
• Good knowledge of XML, XSLT, Java, and/or SQL
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Workday certification or Agile experience is a plus
