About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Senior DAM Developer, serving as the single source of truth for digital assets across an international organization.

This is a builder role : you will design, develop, and deploy features — not just configure or coordinate.

You’ll work closely with Product and business teams in a global, fast-paced environment , delivering real impact from day one.

What You’ll Do

• Build and deploy custom features inside Aprimo (workflows, metadata models, UI extensions, APIs)
• Extend platform capabilities to support global digital use cases
• Improve asset lifecycle management (ingestion → transformation → distribution)

Integrations & APIs

• Design and implement REST / GraphQL integrations
• Connect Aprimo with CMS, PIM, and downstream platforms
• Ensure real-time asset and metadata synchronization

⚡ Performance & Scalability

• Optimize search, indexing, and caching for high performance
• Improve system responsiveness and global scalability
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and reliability best practices

Governance & Security

• Implement role-based access controls and permissions
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security and audit standards
• Support digital rights management (DRM)

Collaboration

• Translate business needs into technical solutions with Product Owners
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, code reviews, retrospectives)
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the platform

What You Bring

✅ Must-Have

• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience
• Strong skills in:
• JavaScript (preferred)
• Java (nice to have)
• Experience customizing/extending:
• DAM or CMS platforms (Aprimo, AEM, Bynder, etc.)
• Solid experience with:
• REST APIs / GraphQL / webhooks
• Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, Azure or GCP)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
• Strong ownership, autonomy, and problem-solving mindset
• Fluent English

➕ Nice to Have

• Experience with Aprimo DAM (strong advantage)
• Experience integrating with Veeva CRM / Vault
• Knowledge of metadata standards (IPTC, XMP)
• Experience with Digital Rights Management (DRM)
• Background in regulated industries (pharma, healthcare, cosmetics)
