What You’ll Do ✔ Develop and maintain fullstack applications (frontend + backend) ✔ Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) ✔ Collaborate within agile, cross-functional teams ✔ Design and implement tailored technical solutions ✔ Work across both cloud and on-premise environments ✔ Contribute to architecture and technical decision-making ✔ Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code. Required Skills ✔ Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot ✔ Experience with reactive programming (Spring WebFlux, Reactive Streams) ✔ Solid knowledge of event-driven architectures and Kafka ✔ Hands-on experience integrating Kafka with Spring (Spring Cloud Stream) ✔ Strong database knowledge, especially PostgreSQL , and ORM tools (Hibernate) ✔ Experience with JDBC / R2DBC and reactive data processing ✔ Familiarity with cloud-native technologies: Kubernetes, CI/CD, Terraform ✔ Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and environments ✔ Interest in leveraging AI tools for software development ✔ Strong English communication skills (German is a plus).
