About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Client Solutions Consultant to lead the entire sales cycle — from prospecting to closing — within a high-performance, high-standards environment. This is not a transactional sales role. You will act as a strategic partner to top-tier legal departments of large companies, understanding their challenges, shaping high-value solutions and building strong client relationships.

This role requires someone who thrives in complex, consultative sales, with a clear capacity to position ideas and generate impact in senior-level conversations — particularly with General Counsels and legal teams .

Who You Are

You are highly motivated, intellectually sharp, and commercially driven. You’re comfortable navigating ambiguity, managing complexity, and communicating with precision. You enjoy designing your own path, working autonomously while always staying aligned with a collective goal.

We’re looking for 

  • Solid experience in strategic B2B sales , ideally in a professional services environment
  • A consultative mindset , focused on delivering value, not just deals
  • Proven ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders at top-tier enterprise companies
  • Experience working within large, matrixed organizations and building and maintaining long-lasting relationships
  • A creative commercial advisor who shapes deals and drives ideation
  • High autonomy and accountability – you craft your own strategy and lead execution end-to-end
  • Strong time and priority management , able to juggle multiple complex opportunities simultaneously
  • Outstanding communication, presence, and confidence in high-stakes meetings
  • Highly detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Bonus: Background in the legal sector or professional services (financial services, insurance, consulting)

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and prospect new opportunities aligned with our value proposition
  • Lead the full sales process , shaping the commercial strategy for each account
  • Build long-term, high-trust relationships with legal decision-makers
  • Translate client challenges into tailored, high-impact proposals
  • Coordinate internally to ensure consistency between client expectations and delivery
  • Represent the company at industry events and forums
  • Drive measurable business impact by being directly accountable for your individual contribution to revenue.
