We are looking for a SAP HCM Consultant (PY) with German to join this organization.
Responsibilities
- Customer projects in SAP HCM on-premise components with a focus on Payroll Germany (PY-DE)
- Analyze customer situations and create process documents, conceptions, and blueprints
- System realization of customer requirements including customizing, schemas, and cycles in payroll accounting
- Support all project phases including conception, design, customizing, prototyping, and roll-out of SAP HCM
- Take on partial project management in smaller teams on-site at customer locations
Requirements
- Fluency in German
- Expertise in SAP PY (Payroll), SAP HCM, and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Knowledge of business and IT processes and their mapping in SAP HCM
- Experience with collective agreement regulations for remuneration
- Know-how in tax and social security law
- Excellent knowledge of SAP-specific schemas, cycles, and characteristics
- Experience with project management and consulting methods
- Self-motivation, persuasiveness, and assertiveness
- Solution-oriented thinking skills and strong methodological competence
- Completed university studies and several years of relevant professional experience
In addition to the salary, the company offers the following benefits

- 70 €/month without a company phone, or 23 €/month with a company phone.
- Contract type: Permanent contract with up to 3-6 months of probation period.
- Working hours: official working hours from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday to Friday (8 hours), including a 1-hour break for lunch or a snack, to be arranged flexibly. We place great importance on work-life balance. While we must set reference hours, each person can adapt their schedule according to personal needs and in coordination with the team and the project. In essence, working hours are flexible and should be organized together with the team and client.
