At Astek, we are currently looking for an experienced SAP MDG Lead to join a major international company within the healthcare/pharmaceutical sector , supporting a large-scale ERP and data governance transformation.

Main responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end SAP MDG initiatives across key domains (Material, Vendor, Customer, Finance)
• Drive data governance, standardization, and data quality improvements
• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams
• Collaborate with global stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain

Who are you?

• 15+ years of experience in SAP, with strong expertise in SAP MDG (S/4HANA)
• Proven track record in global implementations and data governance programs
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
• Languages: English required (Spanish/French are a plus)

Location: Barcelona (Hybrid preferred, remote in Spain possible)
