Role Purpose:

We are looking for young talents to join our Simonelli Group Sales Team through a Sales Graduate Program. The company boasts eight international branches in USA, France, Germany, UK, Singapore, Dubai, Australia, and China. As a result, it has a well-established and extensive sales network internationally. We are looking for new graduates who are curious, goal-oriented and fluent both in English and Turkish languages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Simonelli Group Sales activities
• Develop and maintain customer relationships
• Assist in preparing Sales presentations and proposals
• Ensuring timely processing of customer inquiries
• Review competitors and customers in the assigned countries
• Report customer visits, market analysis and accurate market information
• Undertake business trips abroad to assigned countries
• Contribute to high service levels in line with customer expectations and company guidelines
• Represent the company, its brands and products at trade fairs and other dedicated events

Key Competencies & Requirements:

• Master Degree in Economics, Business, Foreign Languages or related fields
• Turkish language (mother tongue)
• English language (at least B2 level)
• Excellent organizational and cross-cultural communication skills
• Proactive and self-manager, coffee lover is a plus
• Availability to travel abroad, especially in Turkey and Turkish language countries
