Role Description :

DEV_GenAI & Java/Python Senior Generative AI Engineer.

Technical developer with experience both in Java and Python, with the knowledge of GenAI solutions.

The candidate must be capable of implementing custom modules and agents using selected GenAI frameworks, and designing processes using existing tools such as GenWizar AgentManager and/or AWS Bedrock.

Basic knowledge of cloud is requested.

Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years experience in AI/ML engineering, preferably with autonomous systems or agent-based solutions
• LLM-based architectures (RAG, Agents, Tool Calling)
• Prompt Engineering (advanced patterns & optimization)
• Python (advanced)
• AWS Bedrock (foundation models, inference, agents)
• Amazon SageMaker (model hosting, pipelines, experimentation)
• AI Agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI)
• Vector Databases (OpenSearch)
• AWS data services (S3, Glue)
• API & microservice integration (REST)
• Containerization for AI workloads (Docker, EKS basics)
• Security & governance on AWS (IAM, KMS)

The profile is completed by:

Excellent knowledge of Italian, both written and spoken.

Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken.

Excellent work and time management skills.

Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to AI safety and ethics.

Strategic vision and ability to understand how AI agent solutions fit into overall business strategy.

Strong communication skills to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
