At Itera Mobility Engineering , we are looking for a Industrialization engineer to join our automotive engineering team in Valencia, Spain.

The key objective in this position is to to ensure new products and manufacturing processes are launched efficiently, cost‑effectively, and with the required quality and safety standards, achieving smooth ramp‑up to mass production.

Main functions to develop:

• Carry out adjustments and commissioning/start-up of assembly equipment
• Perform equipment design review with suppliers, follow up of equipment construction phase and validation at supplier.
• Assembly equipment to work with:
• Screwing & Clipping stations
• Ultrasonic Welding machines
• Hot Stamping machines
• Support the development team during design phase performing assembly feasibility studies.

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the automotive sector
• Knowledge of industrialization methodology.
• Knowledge of plastic injection molding.
• Skills in task organization and activity follow‑up.
• Customer‑oriented, with the ability to prepare project reports and track tasks.
• Fluent communication and strong presentation and reporting skills.
