The role

The Software Engineer in Test is a key role in the QA department in the Soldo Technology group. This person will be accountable for all tasks related to new technologies for new projects or the maintenance of legacy systems.

Working in a super smart environment, a good leadership attitude and a proactive, independent approach are required to face new tech challenges, collaborating with both tech people and functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

This person is a key point for design, development, coding, testing and debugging of the entire Test automation architecture, on specific innovation topics. This person will:

• Will support and orchestrate technical tasks on new projects related to testing and collaborate with other SDETs in the team
• Will be one of the go-to persons for the team with a decision-making role of design and implementation
• Will contribute to triggering and leading technical discussions on innovative approaches and technologies
• Will closely work with the QA Solution Architect to maintain a good coexistence of the current approach with the new one

We are looking for someone who must have :

• Strong technical background and proven coding expertise in different contexts (web, mobile, api, CI/CD)
• Team collaboration attitude
• No need to be supervised in daily work
