Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!

Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris Consulting: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!

Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

As a Senior Performance Testing Developer, you will join our Information System & Digital team with the goal of automating performance testing and reducing team size.

Your missions

• Design and implement automated performance testing solutions
• Develop and maintain test scripts using Java, JavaScript, or Python, or AI
• Execute hands-on performance testing with LoadRunner
• Conduct API testing (REST) for microservices-based applications
• Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI or similar)
• Analyze test results and identify performance bottlenecks
• Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to optimize system performance
• Support cloud and microservices environments for scalable testing

Your profile

• Experience in performance testing (4–8 years)
• Hands-on experience with LoadRunner
• Experience with test automation scripting (Java, JavaScript, Python,)
• Experience with API testing (REST)
• Experience integrating tests in CI/CD environments (Jenkins, GitLab CI or similar)
• Experience in microservices and cloud environments
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus
• Experience with enterprise platforms (HR, governance tools, SAP, etc.) is a plus
• English fluent. Italian is a plus.
• You demonstrate full autonomy, an automation-first mindset, and strong problem-solving skills in addressing performance bottlenecks
