We’re hiring a Modern Work Cloud Solution Architect for one of our key enterprise clients. This role suits an experienced Microsoft Teams / Modern Work specialist who enjoys working with enterprise customers, delivering complex technical engagements, and acting as a trusted technical advisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect secure, scalable Microsoft Teams collaboration and communication solutions
• Lead Teams migrations across chat, channels, meetings, telephony, and legacy platforms
• Implement Teams administration, governance, compliance, and lifecycle management
• Deploy Teams Phone solutions including Calling Plans, Operator Connect, and Direct Routing
• Deliver and govern Teams Apps, bots, agents, and workflow automation
• Run design sessions, workshops, PoCs, and advanced troubleshooting for enterprise customers
• Provide training, enablement, and best practices to IT teams and business stakeholders

Key Requirements

• Fluent Italian & English (written and spoken)
• Proven experience delivering Microsoft Teams solutions in enterprise environments
• Strong hands-on experience with Teams migrations, governance, and optimisation
• Expertise with Teams Phone, PSTN connectivity, and enterprise voice architecture
• Experience with Teams Apps, bots, and extensibility
• Excellent customer-facing, advisory, and communication skills
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (Teams Administrator, M365 Administrator, Modern Work) preferred
