We’re hiring an Area Sales Manager - Based in Spain | International role

This role is designed for experienced sales professionals used to developing complex international markets

Your impact :

As our Area Sales Manager , you will:

✔️ Drive business development and open new markets

✔️ Build strong partnerships with distributors & OEMs

✔️ Act as a technical advisor to customers

✔️ Lead projects with internal teams (design & production)

✔️ Represent Mafdel at international trade fairs

What we are looking for :

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in industrial sales / B2B environment

· Strong technical skills, in conveying, belting, or industrial components preferred

· Comfortable in using CRM tools and digital environments

• A strong hunter mindset and field-oriented approach
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
• Fluent in English & Spanish (mandatory)
• Autonomous, proactive, and customer- focused
• Open to frequent international travels
