Senior Performance Test Engineer (Polaris) | 100% Remote – Spain

We’re looking for a Senior Performance Test Engineer to lead the automation and execution of non‑functional testing for a mission‑critical matching engine used in the Spanish stock market ecosystem .

What you’ll do

• Design & automate NF test suites (latency, capacity, failover, resilience).
• Diagnose performance issues across network, OS, and application layers.
• Build automated pipelines with modern CI/CD tools.
• Work in a real‑time, low‑latency, high‑performance environment.

What we’re looking for

• 7+ years in NF testing, Bash, Linux, Python, C/C++.
• Experience with low‑latency systems & performance troubleshooting.
• 1–3 years with Grafana, Ansible, GitLab, Airflow, OpenShift/ArgoCD.
• Very good English (spoken & written).
• Strong analytical mindset and autonomy.
