Senior AI Engineer

We’re looking for a professional with strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence and hands-on experience with AI model lifecycle management platforms. This is a great opportunity to join a valuable AI solution used by both internal and external customers, with plenty of room to grow

In this role, you’ll focus on identifying the key features needed for the platform, guiding the team through their implementation, and staying up to date with the latest advances in AI—bringing a strategic mindset to shaping the product roadmap. You’ll also play an important role in user adoption (both internal and external), gathering feedback to help define and continuously improve the platform’s capabilities.

You’ll be joining a highly autonomous team of software and ML engineers working for the AI Models business unit , led from Palo Alto , and collaborating in a truly international environment

✅ Must-have requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an AI/ML-related field: Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, etc.
• Ability to keep up with the state of the art in AI, understanding and applying scientific papers.
• Experience applying ML, NLP, GenAI, or data science solutions in real use cases.
• Advanced knowledge of Python
• Experience with some of the following AI & data science frameworks: PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, vLLM, MLflow, SGLang, etc.
• Fluent English (minimum B2, C1 preferred).
• Strong skills in communicating scientific results, both orally and in writing.

Nice to have (a big plus!)

• PhD or Master’s degree in an AI/ML-related field.
• Knowledge of MLOps: deployment, monitoring, testing, AI solutions in the Cloud (Azure, AWS, etc.).
• Experience with other programming languages: Go, JavaScript, React, etc.
• Familiarity with tools such as Git, Docker, Bash scripting, and more.
• Publications in scientific journals or conferences
• Experience working with agile methodologies.
