We are looking for a Senior Performance Engineer to join a leading renewable energy generation multinational group. The ideal candidate is someone passionate about the renewable energy sector and is looking for a new professional growth!

✅ Functions & Responsibilities:

• Manage data sources to effectively report power plants operation (internal reports and official reports to CTGI)
• Collaborate with advanced techniques to analyze our assets operation.
• Propose and improve existing KPIs to increase power plants generation.
• Support the engineering team to conduct data-driven Root Cause Analysis
• Collaborate with other departments for reporting purposes
• Support the proper implantation of automatic data triggers to identify premature malfunction of our generation systems.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Intelligence, Mathematics or Data Analytics
• At least 8 years of experience in the energy industry, and in a similar role.
• Advanced to Intermediate English language proficiency (B2-C1) , Native Spanish language proficiency (C1-C2) , both written and verbal.

It would be very valuable if you had:

• Knowledge and experience in Programming in Python, R; Databases modelling using SQL; and, Power BI Dashboards Management .
• Experience in KPIs definition.
• Experience in Data Analysis for Renewable Energy.
• Experience in Alarms Mitigation .
• Critical thinking and attention to detail; Problem-solving; and, Adaptability.
