Description

We are looking for a Senior Presales Solutions Architect to join our Presales practice. You will be the key technical voice throughout the sales cycle, helping enterprise private-sector clients reimagine how their workforce collaborates, communicates, and operates. You will design compelling end-to-end Workplace solutions — from productivity suites and endpoint management to employee experience and AI-powered tools — partnering with Sales, Delivery, and Vendor Alliance teams to win and grow strategic accounts.

Experience

  • 7–10+ years in enterprise IT, with at least 4 years in a presales, solution architecture, or technology consulting role focused on End-User Computing or Digital Workplace.
  • Proven track record of winning complex Workplace transformation deals (Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace migrations, device-as-a-service programs, VDI deployments) for large enterprise clients (+1,000 seats).
  • Experience managing opportunities with contract values of €300K+.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full technical presales cycle for complex Workplace opportunities: discovery, solutioning, PoC design, proposal writing, and executive presentation (RFI/RFP/SoW).
  • Design enterprise-grade Modern Workplace architectures covering productivity suites (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace), device management (UEM/MDM), VDI/DaaS, and Zero Trust security.
  • Build high-quality solution proposals, architecture diagrams, and executive business cases tailored to both CIO/CHRO audiences and technical leads.
  • Facilitate customer discovery workshops to understand the current workplace environment, pain points, and transformation objectives.
  • Define scope, assumptions, risks, effort estimates, and TCO/ROI models for large-scale migrations, device refresh programs, and platform consolidations.
  • Coordinate with internal experts (Security, Identity, Networking, Service Desk, ITSM) to deliver cohesive, delivery-ready solutions.
  • Manage vendor relationships (Microsoft, Google, VMware/Broadcom,HP) to leverage partner programs, funding, and technical resources during the sales cycle.
  • Develop reusable presales assets: solution templates, pitch decks, competitive battle cards, and reference architectures.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to key client stakeholders, supporting account teams in building long-term relationships across private-sector industries (Insurances & Banking, Retail, Manufacturing).

Requirements and Skills:

Technical Knowledge

  • Productivity & Collaboration: Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and/or Google Workspace, including tenant-to-tenant migrations, hybrid coexistence, and licensing optimization (e.g., M365 E3 vs. E5 value cases).
  • Endpoint & Device Management (UEM/MDM): Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Intune, SCCM/Configuration Manager, Windows Autopilot, and device lifecycle management (DaaS, BYOD, CYOD policies).
  • Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI/DaaS): Architecture experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Windows 365, Citrix, or VMware Horizon in enterprise-scale deployments.
  • Identity & Workplace Security: Solid command of Zero Trust principles, Entra ID (Azure AD), conditional access policies, MFA, DLP, Microsoft Purview (compliance), and Defender for Endpoint.
  • Employee Experience & AI: Familiarity with Microsoft Viva suite, Copilot for Microsoft 365, Gemini for Google Workspace, and how GenAI augments productivity in the enterprise context.
  • ITSM Integration: Ability to align Workplace proposals with service management models: Level 1/2 support, Service Desk tooling (ServiceNow, Jira SM), and IT operations (monitoring, patching, incident response). Definition of SLA and XLA

Business & Communication Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English (C1+) and Spanish, adapting message and level of detail to engineering teams and C-level executives alike.
  • Executive Communication: Excellent presentation and storytelling capabilities to articulate business value and digital transformation impact to C-level executives (CIO, CHRO
  • Strong commercial awareness : software licensing models (SaaS, subscription), CAPEX vs. OPEX hardware strategies, and competitive positioning against other integrators and hyperscalers.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent opportunities under tight commercial deadlines with a structured, methodical approach.
  • Collaborative Solutioning : Facilitation of technical workshops to align customer needs with workplace offerings, working closely with sales, delivery, and vendor partners.
  • Thought Leadership: Ability to act as a trusted advisor, driving innovation and sharing pre-sales best practices across the internal team.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience incorporating Adoption & Change Management (ACM) deliverables into Workplace proposals (Prosci or equivalent framework).
  • Knowledge of Copilot/AI readiness assessments and data governance requirements as a presales motion.
  • Familiarity with regulated industries (GDPR, ENS compliance) and their specific constraints on data residency and cloud tooling.
  • Experience with Shipley or equivalent bid management / proposal methodology.
  • Background in Employee Experience (EX) strategy or Digital Workplace consulting engagements.
