We are supporting a major marketing technology transformation for a leading financial institution , focused on implementing and optimizing Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) to enable real-time, personalized customer engagement .

We’re looking for a Senior Engineer with strong Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) expertise who can help configure and operationalize the platform.

What you’ll do

• Configure Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) for inbound and outbound campaigns
• Set up tracking frameworks and control groups
• Leverage real-time data from Adobe Real-Time CDP to orchestrate journeys
• Design and implement Adobe XDM data models
• Build and maintain ETL processes using Python and Unix scripting
• Manage deployments and CI/CD through Azure DevOps
• Work with cross-functional teams integrating AEP, AJO, and Customer Journey Analytics
• Ensure platform stability through unit, integration, and end-to-end testing

Must-have experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
• 3+ years with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) / Real-Time CDP
• Experience configuring tracking and campaign orchestration
• Knowledge of Adobe XDM data models
• Python / Unix scripting
• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar CI/CD tools

Nice to have

• Experience with Customer Journey Analytics
• Spanish language skills
