We’re looking for a self-motivated, highly engaged professional to act as a BI Analyst to the IT department.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement analytical, reporting, and automation solutions connecting enterprise systems and databases to address critical business needs.
• Lead and continuously optimize the reporting lifecycle , ensuring timely delivery of dashboards, KPIs, performance insights, ad‑hoc analyses, forecasting models, and trigger‑based alerts.
• Design, maintain, and optimize data loading and transformation scripts , reducing manual interventions and ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and performance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Sales, Finance, Operations, IT) to understand requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver scalable solutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering , or other quantitative discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in analytics, business insights, sales operations, or a similar data-driven role
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation capabilities
• Solid knowledge of Qlik Sense (data modeling, scripting, dashboard design) and SQL for data extraction and transformation
• Experience with Python for analytics or automation is a plus
