What you’ll do:

• Product Engineering in TypeScript: Build production-ready features across our stack—from backend services in Node.js/NestJS to frontend applications where needed. You’ll write clean, well-structured code that is easy to understand, test, and evolve.
• Drive Architecture: Act as a cornerstone for our architecture, aligning daily technical decisions with our long-term business goals.
• Shape Our Goals: Partner with me to establish and refine our team’s goal-setting. We are currently rolling out OKRs, and we need your experience to help us shape how we define and hit these targets!

Technical Skills & Experience:

To succeed in this role, you need a strong foundation in modern software design and testing practices .

Must-haves:

• Strong understanding of Hexagonal and Clean Architecture .
• Experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and CQRS.
• Proficiency in Asynchronous Event Management.
• Commitment to quality through robust Test Suites and Continuous Integration (CI).
• Experience working with Extreme Programming (XP) practices.

Nice-to-haves (Bonus points):

• Test-Driven Development (TDD) mindset.
• Experience with NestJS and TypeScript (our core language).
• Familiarity with Message Brokers/Queue Managers like RabbitMQ or Kafka.
• Experience working with PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS) and Observability tools (especially Datadog).
