Overview On behalf of a client, we are hiring a Cyber and Network Engineer to join a close-knit technical team delivering cybersecurity, network security, and performance solutions. This is a full-cycle engineering role covering pre-sales, post-sales, and ongoing support, requiring both strong technical expertise and client-facing communication skills. Key Responsibilities • Support the full customer lifecycle including pre-sales, implementation, and post-sales support. • Work closely with clients to understand requirements and provide tailored technical solutions. • Deliver cybersecurity and network security solutions across various environments. • Provide L2 technical support and troubleshoot complex issues. • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on solution delivery. • Maintain strong client relationships and act as a trusted technical advisor. • Participate in occasional on-site visits, training sessions, and team events.
