Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Apigee Platform Lead to take ownership of our API management platform operations. This role is critical in ensuring governance, security, and optimal performance of the API ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage API platform operations
• Define and enforce API platform governance standards
• Manage API proxies and gateway policies
• Oversee API security and ensure compliance with best practices
• Drive operational ownership and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with development and architecture teams on API design and lifecycle management

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Deep experience with Apigee or equivalent API management platforms
• Strong understanding of API security, including OAuth2, JWT, and certificate management
• Knowledge of API lifecycle and gateway policy design
• Solid understanding of performance tuning and platform architecture

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience leading platform or engineering teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
