Team Lead – Business Development Representatives (BDR)
As our Team Lead, you’ll play a critical role in shaping our BDR function. You’ll be responsible for coaching, supporting, and developing a team of Business Development Representatives, ensuring they consistently deliver high‑quality meetings and follow best‑practice processes.
This is a hands‑on leadership position where you’ll combine people development, performance management, and structured sales methodology to help your team excel.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and coach our BDRs through 1:1s, co‑listening, team meetings, and ongoing sales training
- Drive strong meeting‑booking performance:
- Ensure data quality and accurate information gathering (interviews + homepage research)
- Support deliverables and performance expectations as KPIs evolve
- Use and maintain the latest BDR Meeting Booking and Onboarding playbooks
- Manage day‑to‑day team operations (time off, sick leave, motivation, competitions)
What You Bring
- Experience leading or coaching a sales team (BDR/SDR experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and people‑development skills
- Speak any of the Nordics languages
- A structured and proactive approach
- A passion for helping others grow and succeed
- Ability to adapt in a fast‑evolving environment with evolving KPIs and processes
- Motivated by performance, quality, and building strong team culture
