✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️

6+ years of experience in Data Architecture or Data Engineering .

Strong experience designing enterprise data platforms in Microsoft Azure .

Solid knowledge of data architecture principles, data modeling, and data governance frameworks .

Hands-on experience with Azure Synapse, Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Data Lake .

Experience designing Lakehouse and modern data platform architectures .

Ability to translate business needs into scalable data solutions .

Strong leadership and communication skills to guide data engineering teams and stakeholders.

Experience in insurance or financial services environments is a plus .

Fluent English required; Spanish is a plus .

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

Design and evolve the enterprise data architecture within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.

Define data governance, quality, security, and architecture standards .

Design and implement Lakehouse and modern data platform architectures using Azure technologies.

Align data architecture with key business use cases such as pricing, fraud detection, and risk analytics.

Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to data engineering teams.

Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure scalable and robust data solutions .

Drive best practices in data architecture, governance, and platform design .
