Our vision is to build a multi-business platform combining a range of synergetic activities including the organisation of top-tier events in Europe and South America, management & representation of top professional players & young talent, and selected consulting engagements with different industry stakeholders.
At Tennium, we are looking for a driven, results oriented Telesales Specialist who is eager to grow and make a real impact. You will work with the Sales Team to secure corporate hospitality packages and local sponsorships. Your main objective will be to turn leads through high-impact communication.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Execute high-volume outbound calls and outreach to identify and generate new business opportunities from leads and databases.
- Manage the initial sales cycle for Hospitality and VIP Ticketing.
- Qualify incoming leads and maintain a clean, updated database to ensure efficient follow-up.
- Present Tennium’s value proposition effectively over the phone.
- Work in sync with Sales team to align actions.
- Deliver sales activity reports and pipeline updates to the Sales Team.
✅ WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 1 or 2 years of experience in outbound sales, telesales, or inside sales (experience in sports, luxury events, or corporate services is a significant plus).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A high degree of self-motivation, positive and professional attitude.
- Fluent in verbal and written Spanish and English.
- Comfortable working with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- A genuine interest in sports.
