Job Description:

This role combines people leadership with solution ownership within the Microsoft D365 F&O domain. You are responsible for driving results through strong architecture, disciplined governance, and high-performing teams, while ensuring the company gets maximum value from the D365 platform using standard, global, and maintainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the D365 F&O team, including coaching, performance management, and resource allocation across product, rollout, and support activities.
• Own D365 F&O solution architecture and governance, delivering standard, global, and maintainable solutions with minimal customization.
• Align stakeholders and systems end-to-end, collaborating across business, IT, product owners, projects, and support teams.
• Drive platform evolution and standards, leveraging Microsoft updates, reducing technical debt, and enforcing best practices.
• Build capability and improve ways of working, strengthening support models, knowledge sharing, and long-term team expertise.

Requirements:

• 12+ years with Microsoft D365 F&O
• 6+ years leading D365 F&O implementations and rollouts
• Proven leadership in multi-country rollouts and global template governance
• Experience managing teams in a complex, international environment
