We are looking for a SAP PS (Project System) Senior Consultant (f/m) to join an ambitious SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementation project in Spain. This position is designed for professionals with solid technical and functional expertise who aim to lead digital transformation from scratch in complex environments, in a remote modality (with availability for occasional travel and a preference for candidates based in Madrid, Barcelona, or Asturias). The mission of this position will be to implement and configure the SAP PS module, ensuring that project structures and financial/operational control processes are perfectly aligned with business requirements and S/4HANA best practices. In addition to technical knowledge, it is essential to have demonstrable consulting experience, with the ability to manage stakeholders, a delivery-oriented mindset, and consultative communication skills, as these are core elements of the role. Which would be the main responsibilities of this position? • Implement and configure the SAP PS module according to business requirements. • Define project structures: WBS (Work Breakdown Structure), networks, milestones, cost planning, and budgeting. • Integrate SAP PS with other modules such as MM, as well as FI, CO, SD, and PP. • Conduct requirements analysis and prepare functional documentation (business blueprint). • Provide end-user support and training. • Perform system testing, issue resolution, and continuous improvements. Which would be the requirements for this position? • More than 8 years of overall SAP experience. • Specific experience of >5 years in SAP PS implementation and support. • Previous participation in full-cycle implementation projects. • Language proficiency: Native/Bilingual Spanish and English at a Professional Working level. • Solid knowledge of the functional integration of PS with logistics and finance areas. • Proven ability to prepare high-quality technical and functional consulting documentation. • Strong analytical skills and the ability to structure complex problems.
