About Us Kharis Capital is a deal-by-deal private equity firm investing in consumer and consumer-tech platforms across Western Europe. We are a lean, high-conviction team with active ownership of our portfolio - and we are now embedding AI into everything we do. The Role We are building out our AI and automation capability at Kharis, and this role sits at the center of that effort. You will contribute hands-on to designing and shipping multi-agent workflows that the investment team relies on every day - from portfolio monitoring and deal screening to market intelligence and reporting. You will work closely with Partners and senior team members, with short feedback loops and real visibility into how your work creates value. No deep layers of management between you and the people using what you build. What You Bring • Hands-on experience with agent frameworks - Anthropic Claude Agent SDK, LangGraph, LlamaIndex Workflows or similar • Python and/or TypeScript at a professional level • Solid grasp of multi-agent orchestration, tool use, and context design • Experience integrating LLMs with enterprise APIs - Slack, Microsoft Graph, CRMs, REST services • Entrepreneurial mindset: you scope and ship MVPs in days, not months • Strong communication skills - you can explain what you built to a non-technical audience and why it matters • Familiarity with at least one major cloud platform - AWS, Google Cloud or Azure • Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to take a problem from brief to working solution Nice to Have • Excellent written and verbal English; additional Western European languages (French, Italian, Spanish, or German) are a strong plus • Exposure to PE, investment management, or financial services workflows • Familiarity with the Anthropic / Claude ecosystem What We Offer • Meaningful contribution from day one - your work is used by the team, not sitting in a backlog • Close collaboration with senior team members and short feedback loops • Remote-friendly with a Western European base • Exposure to PE deal-making and portfolio operations across a diverse consumer portfolio • Competitive compensation How to Apply Send your application to careers@khariscapital.com with: • Your CV • A short motivation letter — include any AI projects you’ve built or contributed to • A link to your GitHub profile
