IFS Technical Consultant (Contract)

Contract Length: 6 months (with possible extension up to 12 months)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced IFS Technical Consultant to join a live IFS Cloud environment on a contract basis. The focus of this role is on CRIM management and technical modifications , supporting the full development lifecycle and ensuring high-quality, compliant changes within IFS.

You will work closely with functional teams and stakeholders to design, develop, and deliver robust IFS solutions, with a strong emphasis on best practice and maintainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver CRIMs , with a strong focus on IFS modifications
• Design and implement end-to-end modifications within IFS
• Own and support the development process , from requirements through to deployment
• Build, enhance, and maintain solutions using IFS Build Place
• Develop and maintain complex BPA workflows
• Ensure technical solutions align with IFS standards and long-term upgradeability
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Support testing, documentation, and knowledge transfer where required

Key Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience as an IFS Technical Consultant
• Proven experience managing complex CRIMs
• Advanced BPA experience , including complex business logic and integrations
• Solid, hands-on knowledge of IFS Build Place
• Strong understanding of IFS modification frameworks and best practices
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
• Fluent English required; French language skills are a big plus

Nice to Have

• Experience working in post-go-live or mature IFS Cloud environments
• Exposure to performance optimisation and upgrade-safe development approaches
