Role Purpose

This role is responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth across European markets by strengthening distributor capabilities, developing strategic customer relationships, and ensuring structured commercial execution.

The position combines channel development, key account engagement, commercial negotiation, and performance management responsibilities.

This is a growth-driven role with direct accountability for target achievement.

Key Responsibilities

Channel & Relationship Development

  • Develop and maintain high-level relationships with key distributor partners and strategic automotive groups
  • Support national importers in expanding and deepening key account coverage
  • Engage with senior management of distributor organizations

Revenue & Performance Responsibility

  • Own assigned revenue growth targets across multiple markets
  • Support distributors in annual planning, forecasting, and target breakdown
  • Monitor sell-in and sell-out performance
  • Identify growth gaps and implement corrective action plans

Commercial & Negotiation Support

  • Participate in framework negotiations and pricing alignment discussions
  • Ensure commercial policy consistency across markets
  • Maintain channel discipline and assist in resolving cross-market conflicts

Strategic Market Development

  • Support new product launches and accelerate channel adoption
  • Identify structural growth opportunities
  • Represent AUTEL at industry events and executive-level meetings

Requirements

  • 3+ years in automotive aftermarket sales, channel management, or key account management
  • Strong understanding of European IAM structure
  • Proven track record in delivering revenue growth
  • Experience engaging with large distribution groups
  • Strong analytical and performance management capability
  • Fluent in English (Additional languages preferred, Spanish language skills are a strong advantage)
  • High mobility across Europe
  • Executive-level communication skills

Location: Europe ( Frequent travel required )

Start Date: As soon as possible

Working Hours: Full-time

Reporting to : Head of Diagnostics & Sales Europe
