Our New Business Sales team is the engine that drives new customer acquisition and engagement for Revolut Business across the globe. Account Executives are an elite group of salespeople with strengths that cover the duration of the sales cycle — from prospecting to acquisition and activation. They own their market segments with a solution-oriented approach and use their know-how to grow our customer base at lightning speed 🚀

The Role
Doofinder is looking for a self-motivated and dedicated BDM to join our sales team, with a specific focus on the Polish market .
In this role, you will play a key part in driving business growth through new client acquisition. You will manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—working closely with Sales Specialists and internal stakeholders to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.

Our core business focuses on EV Charging solutions, with an expanding Commercial & Industrial Energy Storage (C&I ESS) portfolio designed to support the evolving needs of the energy transition.
In 2025, we established Gresgying Digital Technology Germany GmbH in Dusseldorf to support our growing European business. Our goal is to build strong local teams across Europe and develop long-term partnerships with local customers and operators.
As our European business continues to expand, we are looking for a Regional Sales Manager – Southern Europe (Iberia) to develop the EV charging market and support the introduction of our C&I energy storage solutions in the region.
