Vous êtes à l'aise dans un contexte international ; la maîtrise de l'anglais courant est indispensable, notamment pour les échanges internes et certaines négociations clients. Une connaissance des produits ou solutions liés au traitement des eaux ou des fumées serait un véritable atout pour une intégration rapide et efficace. - Compétences managériales et leadership : Vous savez piloter une activité en toute autonomie, avec rigueur et sens des priorités, tout en vous inscrivant dans les objectifs globaux de l'entreprise. Requisitos

  • Titulación en ingeniería agrónoma, agrícola o similar.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Gestión y desarrollo de la cartera de clientes y distribuidores: Gestiona y desarrolla la cartera de clientes y distribuidores de su zona, manteniendo una relación estructurada que permita identificar necesidades, oportunidades de crecimiento y áreas de mejora, impulsando la fidelización y el desarrollo del negocio.
  • Desarrollo comercial y ciclo completo de ventas: Gestiona todas las fases del proceso comercial, desde la identificación de oportunidades de negocio hasta el cierre de la venta.   • Planificación comercial y reporting: Planifica la actividad comercial en su zona, organizando visitas, priorizando cuentas y oportunidades, y asegurando una adecuada cobertura del territorio para maximizar el potencial de negocio.
  • Seguimiento de actividad, resultados y KPI’ s: Registra y actualiza la actividad comercial, oportunidades y previsiones en las herramientas corporativas, realizando seguimiento de ventas, pipeline y resultados para identificar desviaciones y apoyar la toma de decisiones comerciales.

Perfil del candidato/a

  • Formación universitaria en ADE, Marketing, Comercio, Ingeniería, PRL o áreas afines.
  • Experiencia en ventas consultivas, gestión de cuentas o desarrollo comercial en entornos industriales o técnicos.
  • Conocimiento del funcionamiento de canales comerciales directos e indirectos, especialmente en modelos de distribución.
  • Conocimiento técnico de los productos relacionados con protección respiratoria y detección de gases, sus aplicaciones en el mercado y normativa aplicable.
  • Conocimiento del mercado, segmentos de clientes y principales competidores del sector.
  • Manejo de CRM, herramientas de reporting y competencias digitales
